I'm so grateful!!!!! I needed insurance like YESTERDAY and was having a terrible trouble securing insurance through various self serve websites and customer service. I happened to drive past and stopped by Metro Auto, called the recommended location store number. Kelli picked up and in less than 30 mins I was covered!!!! She was polite, professional, & personable. She made the process pain free!!! I would still be waiting for an underwriting department self serve websites if it weren't for her! 🙌🏾🙌🏾
